In the 100,000-class dust-free workshop of High Light Intelligence Technology, the self-developed MPCVD machines are operating efficiently. They precisely control the temperature and pressure, and the mixed gas deposits carbon ions on the diamond seed in the microwave plasma, accumulating layer by layer to eventually form a diamond rough.

After the CVD seed is placed in the MPCVD machine, the machine is started and microwaves are used to activate the plasma, causing the carbon atoms in the mixed gas to deposit on the surface of the seed. Under the right temperature and pressure environment, these carbon atoms are arranged in order according to the crystal structure of diamonds, and gradually form a hard diamond layer after about 16 days at the fastest. Each furnace can produce up to 101 3.5-4.0 carat diamond roughs. These roughs are subsequently finely cut and processed, and finally transformed into the dazzling diamonds we see.
